Sonikel Ultrasonics, welds an abs plastic box into each other which is made of 2 parts. There is also another plastic part which slides in abs box so the welding parallesim should be perfect otherwise the plastic part can not slide properly. Ultrasonic sonotrode and bottom fixture has been designed to perform all these boundaries. Ultrasonic welding time is 0,35sn and holding time is 0,15sn so the total time is 0,5s.
