In the production of cleaning equipment, either a space is left on the product in the mold or double-sided tapes are used after injection to hang the products. Sonikel Ultrasonic has hosted a practical solution in this regard. It has created a product-independent hanging system by sticking 250um thick adhesive tape to the hanger apparatus produced with a special design from polycarbonate. In case of producing different models of suspension apparatus, the tape bonding process can be continued by simply changing the ultrasonic welding horn.
