Ultrasonic cut and seal technolgy has many advantages like; stops fabric from fraying, no burns on fabrics, no emissions of toxic fumes, no warm-up waiting time, shorter manufacturing time, less energy consumption, cutting and sealing at the same time. Other methods like heat cutting gives more energy to cut then it makes small burns on the fabric. This is not acceptable in textile cutting. So many producer switches to ultrasound cutting and sealing technology.
