Pressure cooker valve should be resistant to heat and hot water so the raw material is supported by glass fibre with a percantage of 30. This gives the valve mechanical strenght but makes it difficult to be welded by Ultrasonic sound waves. Pressure cooker valves can be fixed to cooker by screws or chemicals. Screws increase the cost and assembly time but Ultrasonic welding doesn’t use any material during welding so it is a cost effective method for fixing. Using chemical is not preferred because of operators healty.
All ultrasonic auotmation systems and ultrasonic welding machines have CE Certification and company Works according to ISO 9001 standarts.
